Johnny is our Team Leader, Listing Consultant and Marketing Specialist.  He is a Maryland native and combines his knowledge and unique marketing strategies to achieve your best bottom line.  He constantly researches the market and property values so your home is priced effectively from day one.  His work ethic, aggressive marketing, and understanding of the industry allow him to stay ahead of the game and ensure your success.  His excellent negotiating skills make him more than just your agent; he will be your real estate consultant. 

Patricia is also a Maryland native.  She is our office manager and listing assistant.  As well as being Johnny's partner, she works behind the scenes coordinating your sale or purchase, as well as handling the details of your transaction to ensure a smooth timely close.  She directs incoming calls and makes maintaining communication with our clients her number 1 priority.  She also processes listings and sales, keeps pictures and visual tours up to date, and keeps all line of communication going on a daily basis with all team members.
